Everyone dreams of their own home<\/strong>, where they can feel cozy and lead an independent life. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For older and disabled people, there are too many barriers to comfort in a home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specific features are needed to create a sense of security without anyone worrying about their peace of mind and safety.<\/strong> That is why it is often necessary to adapt the home to the needs of those living in it.<\/p>\n\n\n

Indoor design<\/strong> plays a key role<\/strong> in enabling people to carry out their daily tasks, whether they are in a wheelchair, blind or have other physical disabilities.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

One of the most common problems is the transition between the interior space and the balcony<\/strong>, where a threshold often appears.<\/strong> The most commonly used method of leveling the surface is lowering the level of the slab in the project and dressing it with thermal insulation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2981 The dwellings are required to have no thresholds or unevenness greater than 2cm, including on fitted windows.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2981 With regard to balconies, it is stipulated that every apartment in a new building must have at least one balcony (loggia, terrace) with a minimum size of 150 x 150 cm. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2981 Access in any new residential building must be provided by stairs and an elevator, and if the building is up to five floors, it is possible to install a vertical lifting platform instead of an elevator.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2981 In view of the safe use of stairs by children in new multi-family residential buildings, the railings must not have horizontal elements, but only vertical ones, and the distance between these elements cannot be more than 9 cm.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
